We expected to wake
up to a significant snow fall but the storm stayed slightly south
of us. But it was cold with high winds. We were able to do some
birding before we headed home. The Niagara River had a tremendous
flow as a result the stom and winds. Most of the gulls were concentrated
at the Queenston docks where there were thousands and thousands
of gulls.
On the way home we stopped at Montezuma NWR in
New York to break up the ride home.
We dropped of Ann in Lansdale and then got to
Bert's house about 6:30 pm. From there Connie and Karl headed
home.
This was another wonderful adventure. |
