Possible Species

We are visiting the Niagara Falls area at the peak time for gulls. 10 plus species are likely including California, Little, Iceland, Glaucous, and Thayer's. Bonaparte's Gulls will be seen by the thousands. 20 plus species of ducks are possible including staggering numbers of Oldsquaw and Scaup.

If you are not able to join the trip for all four days there are options. You may want to drive up to Niagara Falls (6-7 hours) on Friday night and join us on Saturday. In the same way, if you cannot stay through Monday you may want to drive home on Sunday evening.
