The cross country fight was quick and easy. We changed flights in Minneapolis and were in San Diego by 1:00 pm. We are staying at the Dolphin Motel right across from the marina where the Searcher leaves from.

We spent the afternoon exploring the local area and getting settled. We hooked up with Paul and Anita Guris, Ed Signa and Shawneen Finnegan in the evening.

Today we will get onboard the Searcher and head to sea. We will return to this area on Friday.
