We had a major target bird today. We wanted to see one of the several Blue-footed Boobies present on the Salton Sea. It was a great day of birding but we were unsuccessful on our target bird. It was not lfor lack of trying but sometimes things just do not work out. We got all klinds of other great birds so no one is disappointed in the day. We started out south of the Salton Sea this morning and we are in San Bernadino tonight.
